All of our UK orders are sent out via UK MAIL.
Delivery takes 2-3 working days.
£5.00 for all orders under £100.
Free deliveries on all orders over £100.
UK Mail are a fully tracked and signed for service.
You can follow your parcels journey on our inflight parcel tracking system.
You will receive a one hour time window when you can expect to receive your delivery, this will be communicated to you on the morning of your delivery by your driver.
If your one hour time window does not fit in with your day simply follow the instructions on your confirmation message to arrange something that suits you better.
You can choose to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a dedicated safe place , please advise this on booking if possible.
Customers in Northern Ireland please note; your delivery will normally take 2-3 days with our courier, please feel free to contact us if this is not convenient or acceptable.
DHL INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: Some packages may incur additional charges due to size/weight etc, in these instances a member of staff will contact you with the cost for you to accept before we post out. Delivery times can also vary but are normally 2-3 days.
Please note we do not send post out weekends so if you purchase an item from us after 2pm on Friday we will post it out on Tuesday as we are closed Monday.

Returns & exchange
In UK: If you change your mind for any reason once you receive your goods we will issue a refund providing they are returned within 14 days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and in original condition.
We will exchange for a different size or colour if the stock is available.
All our orders are thoroughly checked before we post them out.
All goods being returned to us should be sent using a tracked service and must be well packaged as regretfully we cannot be held responsible for returned items damaged or lost in the post. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless faulty (see below).
We aim to apply all refunds and dispatch exchange items within 48 hours of the day they are received.

Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty / damaged item or a different item to which was ordered then please let us know via email or phone call and we will arrange a refund and free of charge return providing goods still have tags etc attached as new.
International returns may incur extra charges – please contact us for further details before returning.
