If you are unhappy with your purchase we will issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receiving you order, unworn, unwashed, complete with originals tags and in original condition.
We can exchange for a different size or colour if the stock is available.
All of our orders are thoroughly checked before we post out.
All goods which are being returned must be well packaged to avoid being damaged in the post.
We aim to apply all refunds and dispatch exchange items within 48 hours of the day they are received.
We offer free returns on all full priced items only.
Make sure all old labels are removed.
Cut out the return label and attach it to your parcel.
Choose the most convenient DPD pick up shop from the list of pickup points closest to your postcode which will be listed on you return note.
Returns for sale items will be paid by the buyer and we advise sending back via royal mail 1st class recorded delivery.
Faulty / Wrong items
Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged/wrong item please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and the nature of the fault or mistake and we will generate a return form for you to put on your parcel to take to a DPD pick up point close to your postcode. Or if it is a full priced item you will already have a return sticker to put on your parcel to send back to us.
