Returns & Exchange

If you are unhappy with your purchase we will issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receiving you order, unworn, unwashed, complete with originals tags and in original condition.

All returns / exchanges should be sent back to us via Royal mail 1st class recorded to the following address:

We can exchange for a different size or colour if the stock is available.
All of our orders are thoroughly checked before we post out.
All goods which are being returned must be well packaged to avoid being damaged in the post.
We aim to apply all refunds and dispatch exchange items within 48 hours of the day they are received.
We offer free returns on all full priced items on and the funds will be sent to the customer via Paypal
Return postage for sale items will be paid by the buyer.

Faulty / Wrong items
Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty / damaged item then please let us know via Email or phone call and we can sort out a replacement / refund free of charge.
